Privacy policy

This policy describes the integrations in this guide, checked on 2026-10-29. Contact the operator of sobosuba.net at [email protected] about privacy or corrections.

Default loading and how to say no

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-EJHSM0HN7V), Microsoft Clarity (project z58o8hm96h) and Adsterra (publisher 3403020) load on the first page view. A visitor who has never made a choice is treated as granted. The cookie banner is a notice with two buttons: Reject stops all three companies for 180 days and remembers that choice; Accept keeps them on. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner at any time.

If the browser sends Global Privacy Control (navigator.globalPrivacyControl) or Do Not Track, the page records a denied choice and loads none of the three.

Google Consent Mode v2 starts before configuration with ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied, analytics_storage granted, and ads_data_redaction enabled. The loader then applies the saved choice or the site's default-on setting. Reject updates all four signals to denied and reloads without requesting these integrations. Default loading is a site setting, not a claim that you pressed Accept.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 measures page views and engagement. Requests use www.googletagmanager.com and www.google-analytics.com. Google's documentation lists _ga and _ga_<container> cookies with a default expiry of two years. The exact property retention setting has not been independently checked, so we do not publish a duration for it. Opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or Reject here. See Google's cookie documentation.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity collects interaction data for heatmaps and session replays; this can include device identifiers, page URLs and interaction details. Requests use www.clarity.ms, scripts.clarity.ms and regional collection hosts under clarity.ms. Microsoft's cookie list includes _clck and _clsk, and Microsoft-domain identifiers such as MUID. These are vendor-managed identifiers, not a promise of anonymity. Microsoft's published retention is 30 days for ordinary playback and nine months for heatmaps and labeled or favorited sessions. These durations are Microsoft's single-source policy, checked 2026-10-29; see Clarity retention and Clarity cookies. Reject stops future Clarity requests on this site.

Adsterra advertising

Adsterra fills the in-page Native Banner and the fixed Social Bar. Both are requested by default from bicea.org; Reject disables them. On 2026-10-29, the ad loaders also requested static.nresystems.com, cdn.storageimagedisplay.com, cdn.show-creative1.com, cdn.show-sb.com and cdn.cloudpiko.com. These hosts are reached through the ad loaders; their separate legal operators were not independently established. Creatives and delivery hosts can change. Adsterra and its demand partners may use cookies, local storage and device identifiers to cap frequency and measure delivery. Adult advertising is disabled in the placement configuration. Use Reject to stop this site's future ad requests. See Adsterra's privacy policy.

YouTube and itch.io (click to load)

  • YouTube / Google — clips use a youtube-nocookie.com frame only after you press play. The player can then request Google video and image hosts and process your IP address and device information. Reject does not prevent a clip you explicitly choose to load. See Google privacy.
  • itch.io — the playable demo uses itch.io and its game host html.itch.zone only after you click. The embed response set an itchio_token cookie on .itch.io (HttpOnly, Secure) when checked. The demo may contact additional services controlled by itch.io or its developer. Reject does not prevent a demo you explicitly choose to load. See itch.io privacy.

Storage on this device

  • sobo_consent — localStorage; your Accept/Reject choice and a timestamp; kept 180 days, then treated as missing.
  • sobo_adbar_closed — localStorage; set to 1 when you press “Hide ad bar”; kept until you clear site data, and it stops the Social Bar from being requested on later visits.
  • Vendor cookies listed above depend on browser settings and the vendor's implementation. Reject prevents future integration requests; it does not promise to delete cookies already set by another domain.

This guide has no user account. Hosting and network providers may process request logs such as IP addresses and URLs. We have not established a separate log retention period and do not invent one here.

Your rights and changes

Email [email protected] with privacy questions or requests concerning data you shared with us. Cookie settings reopens the banner. Reject stops future collection by the three default integrations; it does not undo data already sent. Deleting sobo_consent restores default loading on your next visit, so use Reject to keep the integrations disabled.

Changes are made on this page. The date at the top records the comparison with the code and observed network requests. This page describes technical behavior and vendor policies; it is not a certification of a vendor's practices.

Questions

Do you use Google Analytics, AdSense, or Microsoft Clarity?

Yes to Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, and yes to Adsterra for ads. No Google AdSense. All three load by default and Reject turns them off for 180 days.

How do I change the cookie choice?

Use Cookie settings in the footer and choose Reject or Accept. Deleting sobo_consent restores default loading on the next visit.

Can I hide the fixed ad bar?

Yes. Press “Hide ad bar” at the bottom left; the choice is stored in localStorage key sobo_adbar_closed and the Social Bar is not requested again until you clear site data.
